I also heard that you found a Toosie Pop wrapper with an Indian and star on it!?! You know what that means right!? That means free tootsie pops!
Here is what you need to do!
1. Get a blank envelope.
2. Write this address on it:

3. Write your return address on it.
4. Put a stamp on it.
5. Place your wrapper in the envelope.
6. Write a small note letting them know you found the wrapper and that you heard about the Indian legend from your crazy Uncle!
7. Eagerly wait for the tootsie pops to come right to your door!
